Whiskey & Apple Pigs: Our Seasonal Specialty

At the Tucker Family Farm, the flavor of our pork mirrors the changing seasons and local bounty. This season, our pigs are being finished primarily on whiskey stillage from Montgomery Distillery in Missoula, and fermented apple pumice and fresh windfall apples from Frost Top Orchard in Corvallis.  This trio is designed to deliver mouth-watering autumn flavors to your plate on these crisp days.
