At the Tucker Family Farm, the flavor of our pork mirrors the changing seasons and local bounty. This season, our pigs are being finished primarily on whiskey stillage from Montgomery Distillery in Missoula, and fermented apple pumice and fresh windfall apples from Frost Top Orchard in Corvallis. This trio is designed to deliver mouth-watering autumn flavors to your plate on these crisp days.
Many lambs are grass-fed and grain finished, but our lambs are completely grass-fed on a pasture rotation plan. Therefore, they are raised slowly to maturity which produces a wonderful, mild flavor that will surprise you if you have never had this type of lamb before.
